A light-filled residence reimagined for modern desert living, this project transformed a tired 90’s home into a calm, sophisticated palette. Custom millwork and added butler pantry streamline daily life in the kitchen.Natural materials—warm oak floors, honed countertops, and textured plaster—are complemented by matte black fixtures and soft brass accents for contrast. The kitchen centers on a generous island with integrated seating and high end appliances. The primary suite was transformed into a calming retreat. Strategic lighting and layered window treatments maximize natural light and frame views of the landscape creating a serene, low-maintenance home that balances timeless style with practical living.
